SEAL Weekend 2025 Proposal
S.E.A.L Conference 2025 Oct. 21 & 22
Howdy!
Thank you so much for meeting with me and helping to share your vision of the 2025 S.E.A.L Conference! Below I have 2 different package options from what we had discussed. The first one is a more basic package that covers all of your needs, and the second package adds on more into content creation and posting for your social media on the 2 days! Basic Event Coverage Package

Total Time & Timeline Overview
The total time I think to capture enough footage for both photo and video is around 10 hours.
Timeline Overview:
Friday (4 hours total):
2 hours (4:00-6:00 PM) to cover students doing yells, active time in DG’s, and their reactions/engagement in Jeopardy/Talent Show
2 hours (10:45 PM -12:45 AM) to cover Midnight Yell! Will get both photos and video of this
Saturday (6 hours total):
4 hours (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) to cover the tailgate and the game!
2 hours (4:00-6:00 PM) to get the conference picture, as well as more engagement with the student panel
** I will be free both of these days and will most likely arrive early so it is not set in stone to these times

Photography
As for photos, I will be taking photos throughout the conference and plan on capturing the students engaged and leaning into the Aggie Spirit! Through taking photos at Fish Camp, I think photos of DG times can be super fun and help to show parents that their students get in small groups where they can make friends and also get questions answered. I’ll be sure to get photos of students waving towels and excited at Midnight Yell and the game!
I also plan to take photos both wide and narrow to allow for text to go on photos and used for marketing material later on for you!

Videography
As for video, I plan on making a recap video that will show everything that happened at S.E.A.L. 2025, but also be able to be used for marketing in the future.
It will have shots of the fun moments like Midnight Yell and the game, but also the intimate moments like DG times, and asking questions for the student panel.

Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for photos will be around 1 week for photos from both Friday and Saturday.
As for the recap video, the turnaround time will be 2-3 weeks!

Total Price: $1,150
This is the total price for this package. Sales tax is included in the price, so this is the flat fee that will be charged. It accounts for 10 hours of total shoot time, as well as edit time of both all of the photos and for the recap video.

The total time I think to capture enough footage for both photo and video is around 12 hours, which accounts for me stopping in at times to get videos for your social media!

** I know you stated previously that you do have a PR person, and of course I don’t want to take away their role during the weekend. I can work alongside them/take videos for them to be able to post if y’all do not want me to log in- whichever I can help with to be able to post!
I really think having a super active Instagram and Facebook during this time can help boost engagement in followers, as well as help in receiving good reviews + word of mouth referrals for the next year!
I plan on stopping in to get videos of moments I think showcases the full experience such as check-in, talking about how to apply to A&M, campus tour, and other little moments that show all that they do!

Photography
Same as above with these additions:
I will have photos from the day edited and uploaded to a shareable gallery for parents & students the next day! This allows parents to see photos of their students while they are still at the conference so they are able to keep up to date with their students!

Videography
Same as above with these additions:
This is the main addition to this package, is full content creation for your social media. This includes videos throughout the day on both days and uploaded to the Instagram story!
This also includes an Instagram reel video ready on Sunday that recaps the high points, in addition to the professionally edited video in the previous package.

Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for photos will be the next day, and uploaded to a shareable gallery.
As for the recap video, the turnaround time will be 2-3 weeks!
